Description:
This herbal salve is a combination of Plantain, Comfrey and Chamomile. Poultices of plantain leaves have historically been used for drawing out toxins from venomous bites, skin abrasions, bee and hornet stings. Plantain has been used for drawing out infections from wounds. Comfrey on the other hand is a tissue excelerator and has been known to be used as a pain reliever. Chamomile has been known for soothing with a calming effect.

Folklore and Brief History: American Indians used plantain as a chief remedy for drawing out the venom from a bite of a rattlesnake and nicknamed it snake weed. Plantain has been known as one of nine super herbs. Comfrey also has its place as a super herb. The Ancient Greeks used Comfrey to relieve pain, swelling internally, and externally, as well as accelerating healing of tissue.
